This is a home remedy that I was told about back in highschool.. Getting a muscle cramp can be pretty dramatic. I've got them while exercising, or even when I was stretching in bed! But if you eat a table spoon of mustard, the pain seems to go away pretty quick.
The mustard helps to restore potassium shortages in the muscles, which causes cramps. I'm not too big of a fan for mustard myself. But I heard honey mustard still works the same, and I can deal with that.
So next time you start to cramp up, feel free to reach for the mustard!
